At New Dimension Gifts we are are committed to providing our customers with the safest online experience from start to finish. Listed below are procedures we use to protect our customers, along with a brief explanation to help you better understand why they are necessary.
We will only ship your order to the billing address of the credit card you are using?
The reason for this rule is fairly obvious: it is rare when a person using a stolen credit card can provide the billing address of that card, and typically, a person using a stolen credit card will want to ship to an address where they can acquire the merchandise, for example: (an apartment , P.O. Box or a storage unit they have rented briefly for the sole purpose of acquiring fraudulent purchases of merchandise) We will only ship to a different address than your billing address if you pay by Certified Check or Money Order and in this case we will place your order on hold until we receive payment, at which time your order will be placed. This safeguard protects all parties involved.
We must have the correct CVV code of your credit card
The CVV code is a (3-digit number) on the back of your credit card.
This is an added security measure, required by the credit card processing companies, ensuring the person using the credit card is indeed in possession of the card. Credit card processing companies are now requiring all transactions to include the CVV number, especially if it is an online order. When processing your credit card for payment your CVV code will be matched to your credit card number. If the CVV does not match your order will not go forward and will remain in limbo until we can make contact with you and get the correct CVV code.
Do you accept Pay Pal payments?
Yes we do accept Pay Pal payments as well as all major credit and debit cards and Certified Checks and Money Orders
How much do you charge for shipping?
Shipping rates are determined by weight and number of boxes as well as your location. We have calculated a flat rate shipping charge for most of our items at this time unless stated otherwise. In a case where the shipping cost would run over our flat rate you will be notified by email prior to order placement and your order will not go forward until you email us back giving us the OK to proceed with your order adding the difference in
Shipping cost to your order amount. We do make every effort to keep our shipping rates as low as possible and pass the savings on to our customers.
Is my information shared with you on your site safe and is it safe to use your online shopping carts?
The answers to both these questions is yes. Our site is protected by (SSL) Secure Socket Layer this is the highest standard of safety currently available on the internet at this time. In addition your credit card billing address will be matched to your credit card. Reason being if a card is stolen the person trying to use it will not be able to match the billing address of the card.
Do you share or sell my email address or other information shared with you to anyone else?
Absolutely not! We do not share or sell our customers information with anyone . We value our customers and respect their privacy. Our email list and News Letter subscription is an opt in only system as required by CAN-Spam Law. This means that before you can receive any newsletters from us you must first sign up on our web site. And as always you will have the option to unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link or button as it may be. We too are concerned about Spam and we do not ever send e-mails to anyone who has not opted in to our list.
I signed up for your newsletter and have not received it, why?
We typically only send out newsletters when we add new items or expect items in that have been out of stock or have limited quantity items for sale or sales going on. Then we only send to those customers who opt in from our web site. Please take a moment to add us to your safe list especially if your provider is AOL.
After I place an order how do I know if you received it?
Once you have submitted an order and pressed the check out button you will receive a confirmation email to the email address you have provided on your order. Please be advised if you place an incorrect e-mail address then you will not receive your confirmation.
Can I cancel an order after ordering it?
You may cancel your order as long as it has not yet been shipped. If it has been shipped we can not call it back. If this becomes the case and you want to return it you must first contact us within 10 days from the time you received it . The item must be returned to us in new sellable condition and with all its original packaging. You will be responsible for the return shipping and the the original shipping cost will not be reimburse. Upon receiving the item at our location in new resale condition you will be reimburse for the purchase minus shipping cost and a 20 % restocking fee.
What if I receive my order and I have damage or missing items?
We realize it is frustrating to receive damaged, missing or incorrect items. We try very hard to try to prevent this from happening, however try as we might , it does sometimes happen. Our policy requires you inspect everything in your order within 24 hours of receiving it. Should there be any problems, you must contact us by e-mail or phone within this time period so we can resolve any and all issues concerned. We will make every effort to resolve the issues to everyone’s satisfaction. If we require you to return damaged merchandise to us we will pay the return shipping, but you must first contact us and receive shipping instructions from us prior to the returning of damaged merchandise. The reason being is we sometimes use different shipping methods for the return of damaged goods.
Do you ship C.O.D.?
No we do not ship any orders C.O.D.

No, we don’t offer drop-shipping at this time.
Will my order be filled faster if I call my order in or use your online shopping cart?
No all orders are filled in accordance to the order in which they have been received be it phone or online shopping.
Will I always get everything I order?
We make every effort to fill all orders as completely as possible. Naturally, we always want you to receive everything you order, however, despite our best efforts there are times when we sell out of an item or items, therefore placing them out of stock. In those cases, we will adjust your order and you will only be charged for the items you received and their shipping charge. We do not do back orders, because it is hard to give a definite time when an item will return to stock.
How soon after I order does my order ship?
All orders typically ship within 2 business days, most of the time, however sometimes it takes a little longer especially around the holiday season.
What are all the payment methods you accept?
We except major credit cards such as Visa, Master Card, Discover Card, and American Express as well as Pay Pal and (Certified Checks and Money Orders subject to receiving payment prior to filling the order.)
Do you offer a paper catalog?
Yes we do offer paper catalogs. We currently offer 2 master catalogs one of which offers more expensive and different items that are not currently listed on our web site. Our other Catalog offers some of the same items seen on our web site and more items in the same approximate price range. Due to the high cost of printing these catalogs we must charge for them. The current cost is $6.00 plus shipping for each catalog. The price of the catalog is refundable with a purchase of $50.00 or more from that particular catalog. The shipping is non refundable, and you will need to mention the catalog refund and which particular catalog you are using when placing your first $50.00 or more order and your order amount will be adjusted accordingly. Please keep in mind this is only a fraction of the catalogs printing cost and if a customer doesn’t buy from it we are taking a loss. If the customer makes a purchase neither of us loses. We hope you understand where were at on this issue. If we didn’t handle it this way and split the the cost of catalog with the customer the distribution cost would be devastating, if several people received catalogs for free and never ordered from them.
What if I simply do not like an item after I receive it?
We offer photographs and descriptions of our items as accurately as possible. If you do not like your items after receiving them you may return them, as long as you address the issue to our office by e-mail or by phone (309) 756-0797 within 10 days of the time in which you received them. However we will not refund shipping cost and the item or items must be returned in new resale condition in original undamaged packaging. You will be responsible for the shipping back to us and a 20% restocking fee. Once we receive the product or products undamaged and in new resale condition in their original packaging we will issue you a refund, in house credit or a refund to your credit card minus the 20% restocking fee and any shipping charges acquired.
